“ A lovely place with great atmosphere and menu, as well as interesting souvenirs to bring home with you. Also, there was a cat sleeping at one of the chairs at a nearby table during our whole long visit. 10/10 ”
“ High quality pumpkin soup. Tasty dense drinking chocolate. Affordable prices. Variarety of different tea from Asian regions. ”
“ Honestly, this place deserves a lot more attention than it gets. I used to be a regular some 10 years ago when they opened and now coming back and finding out the place is still in business and has even improved is just great. The teas and cakes are excellent. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Coming in on a rainy day and enjoying a tasty cup of tea just melts your heart. ”
“ An unusually calm and soothing spot with a really homely, genuine atmosphere. Housed an incredible selection of teas from all over the world and a wide array of jewellery and ornaments which make wonderful souvenirs or gifts (without the usual tourist trap tackiness). The two I bought are pictured here. Server was friendly, accommodating and evidently very well informed about all things tea! Truly a shame that I am unable to return soon. ”
“ It’s the last place, where my heart was in love. Nice tea, tasty dessert and so polite waitress make this place. However, čajovňa is 2 in 1, with cool small tea shop inside. You can discovery and buy tea from from all over the world, and lovely seller will be happy to help. 5/5⭐ (visit when mountain’s air is cold and you need a good vibe only) ”
“ The best cheesecake and the best ice tea I've ever had. Such a lovely little café ”
“ This tea house belongs to the top tea houses I have visited. Even though Slovakia has plenty of tea houses I was surprised that there is one also here, near to Vysoké Tatry mountains. It is cozy, calm, they prepare tasty food and also the tea is of high class (you can order also low class tea). One thing we didn't like were the chairs. They are not comfortable. Such place deserves comfy sofas or comfy sitting on the ground with pillows. In next room you can buy different types of tea and tea accessories. In overall I am giving 5 stars, and recommend a visit. I can imagine spending here few relaxing hours after a tough tour. ”
“ A unique place with a great, peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. It is all about the tea here, the decor is simple and elegant and lets you enjoy the drink in your cup. The place is not glitzy and you need to turn from the main road, but the detour is well worth it. The ladies serve a variety of Chinese green, white, yellow and black teas, as well as middle-eastern varieties and Indian teas. The teas are delicious, prepared and served with care and according to the proper procedure. If you ask, you will get very detailed information about the teas and how to taste them. It is highly recommended to visit! ”
